Champagne Brut De Castellane

The Brut Champagne from the De Castellane winery, part of the Laurent-Perrier Maison in Èpernay in the Champagne region, is a delicate champagne with elegance and finesse. It comes from a selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes - a pale golden champagne with a fine perlage and generous mousse obtained after aging for 2 years in the cool De Castellane cellars. The bouquet has notes of white flowers, fresh fruit compote and hints of brioche, and the taste has hints of vanilla, white fruits and gingerbread. A splendid champagne for the aperitif.
