In addition to our street food offerings, at the Dispensa tables you can also enjoy chopping boards, crostini, first courses, soups and second courses, side dishes or desserts inspired by the Tuscan tradition, revised with a touch of innovation by our chefs. Tuscan è regional cuisine is distinguished by its simplicity and genuineness.

Our Cuisine is based on fresh, high-quality ingredients such as olive oil, Tuscan bread, meats, vegetables, often related to "poor" cuisine. Here you will find classics such as ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, pici, lampredotto or fegatelli but also original proposals La Dispensa such as "tortello di lampredotto", wildboard, code fish.
