Tuscany è is also master in our drink menu. In addition, of course, to a curated selection of white, red Cortona and Tuscan wines in our drinks as well, spirits and soft drinks come from the local area. The beers are of our own production: a "Blanche" from ancient Tuscan grains, a "IPA" from hops and barley malt and a "Barrel" matured in barrels for 6 months.

A revised proposal not only in the selection of raw materials but also in the names of the cocktails; in fact, with us you will find Tosconi, Un Americano a Cortona, Firenze-Livorno, Cortonez or the Tuscan Mule! Only in our selection of bubbles we have gone out of Tuscany to include excellences such as Prosecco, Franciacorta or Champagne and other excellences from’Italy and the world.
